Terms and conditions

The fine print.

Last updated September 4, 2026. There are no hidden fees in here. Everything you will ever be charged is on the pricing page, and this explains how the plan works.

  1. 1.What You Are Buying

A $100 a month plan that covers a website of up to 10 pages for your business, built by us, plus everything needed to keep it running: hosting, an SSL certificate, daily backups, security and software updates, and one set of text and image changes every month for as long as you are on the plan.

There is no setup fee and no contract. You are on a month to month plan and you can cancel at any time.

You can also pay $1,000 for a year instead, which is ten months' price for twelve months of service.

  2. 2.Payment

Your first $100 is charged when you sign up, before we start building. That payment is what puts your build in the queue, so nothing begins until it goes through.

After that you are billed the same amount on the same date each month, automatically, using the card you signed up with. Annual plans are billed once a year on the anniversary of your signup.

If a payment fails we will email you and try again. If it stays unpaid we may pause the site until it is settled.

  3. 3.The 72 Hours

Your site goes live within 72 hours of us having what we need from you. The clock starts when you have completed the onboarding form and sent your content, not at the moment you pay, because we cannot build a page about your business until we know about your business.

We count business hours. A build that starts on a Friday afternoon finishes early the following week.

If we miss the 72 hours for a reason that is ours, tell us and we will make it right.

  4. 4.What We Need From You

The onboarding form asks for your services, your service area, your hours, how you want to be contacted, and any photos, text or logo files you want used. The more you give us, the more the site sounds like you.

If you do not have photos or written copy, say so. We will write the copy and use suitable stock imagery, and you can send your own photos later as one of your monthly changes.

We may need access to your domain settings to connect the site. If someone else manages your domain, put us in touch with them.

There is no penalty for being slow to get back to us. Your 72 hours simply does not start until we have what we need.

  5. 5.Your Review Before Launch

You see the finished site before it goes live and you tell us what to change. We are not looking for approval on a wireframe or a mockup. It is the real site.

Changes at this stage are about making it right: wording, photos, services, hours, colours, the order of things. If what you want instead is a different business, a different scope, or a site type we do not sell, that is a different project and we will tell you so rather than quietly bill you for it.

  6. 6.Monthly Changes

Every month you can send one set of text and image changes and we make them, usually the same day. A set means everything you send at once: new photos, new prices, a service added, hours updated, a seasonal message, all in one go.

Changes do not roll over. An unused month does not become two sets the following month.

Adding whole new pages or rebuilding the site is not a monthly change. We will quote it, and you decide.

  7. 7.Hosting and Care

Hosting, the SSL certificate, daily backups, and security and software updates are part of the plan at no extra cost. There is no separate hosting bill.

We aim to keep the site available at all times, but no host is perfect. If something breaks, tell us and fixing it is our problem, not a billable job.

  8. 8.Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, from the plan itself or by emailing us. There is nothing to negotiate and nobody will call you to talk you out of it.

Cancelling stops the next payment. The plan runs to the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not charge you again after that. We do not refund part of a month already paid.

When the plan ends, so does the hosting, and the site comes down. Your domain stays yours, and your own photos and text stay yours. Ask us and we will send you back anything you gave us.

  9. 9.Keeping the Site After 24 Months

Once you have been on the plan for 24 months, the website is yours to keep. If you cancel after that point, we hand over the site files so you can host them elsewhere, and we will point your developer in the right direction.

Before 24 months, the site is part of the plan rather than something you own outright, which is what makes it possible to build it with no money down.

  10. 10.Domains and Add-Ons

If you ask us to register a domain for you, the one time fee shown at checkout covers the registration. The domain is registered in your name and it is yours, including if you leave.

If you ask us to design a logo, the one time fee shown at checkout covers it, and the finished logo is yours to use anywhere, on the site or off it.

If you already have a domain, we connect it and you keep control of it throughout.

  11. 11.Your Content

The photos, text, logos and anything else you send us stay yours. By sending them you confirm you have the right to use them and you let us put them on your site.

Please do not send us images you found online that you do not have the rights to. If a photographer or a competitor comes asking, that lands on you, not us.

Unless you ask us not to, we may show your finished site in our own portfolio and advertising.

  12. 12.What The Plan Does Not Cover

This is a website of up to 10 pages for a local service business. It is not an online shop, a booking system, a customer portal, a mobile app, or a site that needs custom software behind it.

It also does not include running your ads, managing your social media, writing ongoing blog posts, or answering the calls it brings you. If you want any of that, ask and we will tell you honestly whether we do it.

  13. 13.What We Promise and What We Do Not

We promise to build you a professional site, get it live quickly, keep it running, and make your monthly changes.

We cannot promise a particular number of calls, a particular position in Google, or a particular amount of revenue. Anyone who promises you a first page ranking is guessing. We set the site up properly for local search and we tell you the truth about the rest.

Our responsibility for anything that goes wrong is limited to the amount you have paid us in the previous three months.

  14. 14.Changes to These Terms

If we change these terms we will update this page and the date at the top of it. If a change affects what you pay or what you receive, we will email you before it takes effect, and you can cancel if you do not like it.
